Exclusive: Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' is not getting delayed

Undoubtedly the biggest film of the year, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which is set for a grand Eid release in July still has a major portion of the film left to be shot. Although 70 percent of the film has been shot already, the BB team had planned of camping in Kashmir from April 9 to mid-May and wrap up the film.

The 40 day schedule was disrupted by the recent floods in Kashmir. Soon news of the film being pushed and delayed started doing the rounds. But it seems that all of them are nothing but rumours. “Kabir will not budge and will definitely release the film on Eid itself. There won’ be any delay in the film”, a source from the production informed us.

Not just that, the source also informed that the flood has only minor change in the schedule. “Salman was supposed to fly to Kashmir on the April 8 and start shooting in Palghar from the day after. Nawazuddin Siddiqui was expected to join Salman two days later on April 11. The floods have not delayed the shoot much. Instead of April 8, Salman will now fly to Kashmir on April 10. Nawaz too will join the cast around April 13-14 of this month. So basically, the schedule has been pushed merely by two days, which means nothing”, explained the source.

A beautiful and human story revolving around Salman’s Bajrangi and a little Pakistani girl, BB also stars Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin in pivotal roles. “The 40 day schedule will be the most crucial schedule as the entire climax sequences will be shot here. It will be the most intense schedule so far”, revealed our khabroo.

Nevertheless, things are looking bright for the BB team and in all probabilities, the fans wont be missing their favourite hero on screen this Eid.
