And as per the latest media reports, actor Raj Babbar's former wife Nadira Babbar will be seen playing Sallu's mother in the upcoming flick Jai Ho. Nadira, who is a well-known face in the world of theatre, had earlier played the mother of Salman's ex-girlfriend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the movie Bride & Prejudice.
According to a leading daily, Salman Khan shares a great bond with the Babbars. He respects both Raj and Nadira Babbar a lot. In the past, the superstar had insisted Raj Babbar to play the role of Kareena Kapoor's father in the movie Bodyguard. And now, bhai has reportedly insisted Nadira to play his mother in Jai Ho. Nadira couldn't say no to Salman, and gave a nod to the role.
As per the onlookers' reports, Salman Khan has been seen bonding with Nadira Babbar on the sets of Jai Ho. Reportedly, Salman takes the role of his onscreen mother very seriously. From Reema Lagoo to Hema Malini, Salman has been very loving and protective about them. And now that Nadira Babbar will be acting as Sallu's mother in Jai Ho, it is sure that she'll receive a special treatment from the Dabangg Khan.
