Salman Khan is on a hugging spree these days. After giving a jadoo ki jhappi for the second consecutive year to his friend-turned-foe Shah Rukh Khan at an Iftaar party, the hunk managed to hug rival Abhishek Bachchan for the second time in 2014 itself! Sallu and Abhishek hugged at least twice when the Khan gave away the runners up prize to Abhishek’s team at the charity football match organised by Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan.
Salman had also held Shah Rukh close at the Star Guild Awards 2014. At the same awards show Sallu had hugged Abhishek as well, congratulating him for the success of Dhoom 3! (It needn’t be mentioned that Abhishek is married to Salman’s ex-sweetheart Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.)
Looks like Salman is in a really good mood nowadays, with back-to-back hits since 2010 – except his last film Jai Ho that fared below expectations. His next releases Kick is all set to release on Eid and has all the ingredients of a blockbuster.
All these goodwill gestures will go a long way in helping Salman at the box office and in the film industry.
